Corporate Recovery & Insolvency Manager and Assistant Manager

 

The incumbents will be expected to manage a caseload of sophisticated cross-border insolvency and asset tracing assignments, predominantly hedge funds and major international corporations, using the global network.

Reporting to the Insolvency Practitioners, the incumbents will be expected to act confidently in making decisions and dealing with high profile clients at all levels, employing discretion, appropriate confidentiality and professionalism in performing duties.

Requirements:

  • Significant experience in Corporate Recovery and/or Forensic Accounting at a major firm;
  • ACA/ACCA, CA/CPA, CPI and/or JIEB (or similar) qualification;
  • Significant experience in assisting clients and their legal representatives to place companies into insolvency procedures or solvent liquidation, liaising withlawyers, fund managers, directors, registered agents and regulatory bodies;
  • Knowledge of financial services sector or offshore experience very desirable;
  • Commercial acumen with some management experience;
  • Excellent time management and case management;
  • Excellent English communication skills (oral and written); analytical skills and interpersonal skills;
  • Strong IT skills, particularly Excel.
