Baker Tilly (BVI) Limited is pleased to announce that it will be hosting another series of partial and full day training workshops on a variety of financial and corporate management topics. The workshops will be presented at Maria's by the Sea and are open to all members of the business community.
For those practitioners required to obtain a certain level of annual continuing professional education ("CPE"), these workshops present an ideal opportunity to acquire CPE, without having to travel or organise self-study programmes.
The workshops will be organised in a format which will allow for flexibility in selecting only those modules which are most useful to you and/or your staff.
Presenter Clare Pritchard, FCCA, is the Head of Learning and Development at Baker Tilly International in London. She joined Baker Tilly International at the start of 2009 to head up the learning and development team, supporting Baker Tilly International members worldwide through the development and provision of a comprehensive technical and non-technical training programme. Previously, Clare worked for Baker Tilly (the network's UK member) leading the firm's financial reporting training throughout the UK.
Clare qualified as an accountant in 1999 with Grant Thornton, UK. Pursuing her passion for training and overseas travel, she subsequently landed a role with PKF Australia to develop an audit training programme for approximately 70 of the firm's audit specialists.
Clare is a qualified and experienced trainer and has been in a professional training role for more than nine years. She specialises in International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), and has delivered numerous courses around the world on their adoption and application, including in Australia, Bermuda, Nigeria, South Korea and the US. Clare also trains on audit topics and management development issues, engaging delegates with her enthusiasm and interactive training style.
